Now that school has started lets keep the kids training and active at SWAT WORKOUT FITNESS on Tuesday's & Thursday's @ 5 pm at the Family Fitness Class! Class involves strength training, core training and endurance training!!! We are very excited with the progress made this summer and our young athletes!

Women's Safe Self Defense Class #2
WOMENS SAFE SELF DEFENSE CLASS!!!!!
After a very successful womens safe self defense class last month we are proud to offer our second class starting Thursday September 4th at 7 pm!!!!. As the class moves forward we now have continued training on Tuesday nights at 7 pm in the form of Kick Boxing.
THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING,
- PROPER WARM UP TECHNIQUES
- KICK & PUNCH COMBINATIONS
- DEFENSIVE MOVES
- ACTUAL SPARRING TIME!!!!
