Youth Sport Specific Training

Team,
Now that school has started lets keep the kids training and active at SWAT WORKOUT FITNESS on Tuesday's & Thursday's @ 5 pm at the Family Fitness Class! Class involves strength training, core training and endurance training!!! We are very excited with the progress made this summer and our young athletes!
