Trainig on the road!
Well I am freezing in NY, lovin every minute of being with my family, and decided to take my son to the local Y for quick workout and to spend some time bonding. Now my brother and his family are members so we enter into the Y and are told to fill out paperwork, then we are told that it will be $20 dollars for me and $5 for Logan. I could have lived with the charge until I was told that Logan was not allowed to train with me because he was under the age of 16.
Consistency is a word that is always used but never followed! You go to any other Y and there are kids all over the place, but the one I decided to go to, which was out of the way for me but seeing that my brother was a member I figured it would be fun!, decides that they are now going to enforce the rules!
I love what we have built at our facility and I am excited to provide a facility where families can train together!

It amazes me everday, when I have the opportunity to watch so many "different" people train together at the Florida Fitness Center. We have kids from 3 to 73 at our facility and you can find a combination which represents all these age groups at any given time. While we do have a miriad of people training at our gym, ranging from the "novice" to professional fighters, we still maintain the integrity for which we have been known for! <"Fitness with Family in Mind">
We pride ourselves on the fact that we provide a no pressure atmosphere and conduct our classes in a way that all age groups can benefit without intimidating or intruding upon the others!
